After your payment is confirmed, your download will be available immediately on the order confirmation page. You’ll also receive an email containing your download link. If you have a customer account, you can access it later by going to My Orders, opening the order, and selecting Download now. Please check your spam or junk folder if the email doesn’t appear.

The included license depends on the product purchased. Beat purchases include the MP3, WAV, or Unlimited license selected at checkout. Kits and other sound packs include their own usage license, which can be found on the product page and in the files provided with your purchase. Please review the applicable license terms before using any sounds commercially.

Yes. Purchased beats, loops, and kit sounds may be used in commercial projects, subject to the license included with your purchase. Beat usage limits vary depending on the license selected. Sounds from kits cannot be resold, shared, redistributed, or repackaged as standalone files or included in another sample pack.

File formats vary by product. Beat purchases include MP3 or WAV files, depending on the license selected, along with the applicable license agreement. Track stems are not included. Kits and sound packs may contain MP3 files, WAV files, or both. Check the product description for the exact formats included.

Because digital products cannot be returned, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If your order contains a missing, incorrect, or corrupted file, please contact our support team. We’ll promptly review the issue and provide the appropriate replacement.

First, check your inbox, spam, and junk folders for your download email. You can also sign in to your account, go to My Orders, select the correct order, and click Download now. If you still cannot access your files, contact our support team with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
