Producer Connection may feature products created by Producer Connection and/or individual producers, loop makers, and other creators.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

By using our Services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

You may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, billing information, and payment information when making a purchase or creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login information and for all activity associated with your account.

You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account to another person.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Many products available through Producer Connection are digital products delivered electronically.

Digital products may include, but are not limited to:

  • Loop Kits
  • Drum Kits
  • 808s
  • Samples
  • MIDI Files
  • FLP/Project Files
  • Presets
  • Mixing Presets
  • Sound Libraries
  • Other downloadable music-production resources

Because digital products can be downloaded, copied, and stored electronically, purchases of digital products are subject to the applicable license and usage restrictions provided with the product.

You are responsible for ensuring that your computer, device, software, and internet connection are capable of receiving and using the purchased digital product.

4. PRODUCT LICENSES AND USAGE RIGHTS

Purchasing a digital product from Producer Connection does not automatically transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying sounds, files, compositions, recordings, or other intellectual property to you.

Your purchase grants you only the rights specifically provided by the applicable product license, agreement, or terms associated with that product.

Loop Kits, Drum Kits, Presets, MIDI, Samples, and Similar Products

Unless a product's specific license states otherwise, digital products purchased from Producer Connection may not be:

  • Resold or redistributed as standalone files
  • Re-uploaded to websites, marketplaces, file-sharing services, or download platforms
  • Shared publicly or privately with other individuals
  • Included in another sound kit or sample pack for redistribution
  • Claimed as your own original sound library
  • Used to create competing products substantially similar to the original product
  • Distributed through torrents, file-sharing services, or similar platforms
  • Given away as standalone files or downloads
  • Uploaded to any platform for the purpose of allowing others to download the original files

You may use purchased sounds and files to create your own original music and productions, subject to the specific license applicable to the product.

If a product is specifically identified as not royalty-free, that designation means that additional rights, restrictions, or licensing requirements may apply. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable product license before using the product commercially.

5. BEAT PURCHASES AND SEPARATE LICENSE AGREEMENTS

Beat purchases made through Producer Connection may be subject to a separate license, agreement, or usage terms provided at the time of purchase.

These agreements may specify the rights granted to you, including permitted uses, distribution rights, streaming limitations, ownership rights, publishing rights, and other restrictions.

For beat purchases, the applicable beat license or agreement provided with your purchase will govern the specific rights and permitted uses of that beat.

Nothing in these Terms of Service grants you rights beyond those provided by the applicable beat license or agreement.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through Producer Connection, including but not limited to logos, branding, graphics, website design, text, images, videos, audio, product artwork, product descriptions, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by Producer Connection, its creators, licensors, or respective rights holders and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit Producer Connection's website content, branding, or intellectual property without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not give you ownership of Producer Connection's trademarks, branding, website content, or other intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

7. PROHIBITED USE OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS

You agree not to use Producer Connection products or Services in a manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of Producer Connection, its producers, creators, licensors, or other third parties.

You may not use our Services or products to:

  • Commit or facilitate unlawful activity
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Distribute purchased files without authorization
  • Circumvent licensing restrictions
  • Attempt to obtain products without paying for them
  • Resell or redistribute products without permission
  • Upload purchased products to public or private file-sharing services

Your purchase is made directly with Producer Connection, not Shopify.

Shopify is not responsible for the products, licenses, services, or transactions offered by Producer Connection.

14. USER FEEDBACK AND CONTENT

If you submit reviews, comments, suggestions, feedback, ideas, or other content to Producer Connection, you grant Producer Connection a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute that content for purposes related to operating, improving, and promoting our Services.
