Thank you for purchasing from Producer Connection. We provide digital products created for producers, artists, and other music creators, including beats, loop kits, drum kits, presets, MIDI packs, samples, and other digital content.

Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, Producer Connection does not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Loop kits
• Drum kits
• Beats
• Presets
• MIDI packs
• Samples
• Sound packs
• Other downloadable digital products

Purchasing a product confirms that you understand and agree to our no-refund policy.

Accidental or Duplicate Purchases

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order before completing their purchase. We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, purchasing the wrong product, or changing your mind after completing an order.

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us so we can review the situation.

Download or File Issues

If you experience a legitimate technical issue with a purchased product, such as a corrupted file, missing files, or an inability to access your download, please contact us at producerconnectionstore@gmail.com.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement file or another reasonable solution.

Technical assistance or replacement files do not constitute a refund.

Beat Licenses

Purchases of beats are also subject to the specific license terms associated with the beat. Purchasing a beat license does not create a right to a refund after the license or digital files have been delivered.
